Nathaniel has spent over a decade investing at the nexus of climate and infrastructure. He is a Principal at Spring Lane Capital, a private equity firm focused on helping companies scale deployment of innovative technologies in decarbonization and sustainability. At Spring Lane, Nathaniel is responsible for origination, structuring and execution of investments as well as continued engagement with portfolio companies. Before joining Spring Lane, Nathaniel had a number of roles in renewable energy and project development, including Managing Director with CPCS where he co-managed their infrastructure development unit.
Nate holds an MBA from Cambridge University, an MA from Carleton University’s Norman Patterson School of International Affairs and BA from McGill University. Nathaniel lives in Montreal with his family, where he also sits on the investment committee of the Greater Montreal Climate Fund.
