Krista is the Senior Vice President of Ventures Services at MaRS Discovery District. She leverages her deep entrepreneurial and leadership experience to advise founders, inspire teams and create programs to help scale Canada’s most innovative companies. Most recently she founded MaRS Momentum, an exclusive program that supports the executives of high-growth companies and accelerates their journey to $100 million in revenue. Over the last 10 years Krista’s work has impacted over 1000 startups. Her unique background as an engineer combined with her empathy and humanness allow her to deliver results while creating highly engaged teams.

Prior to joining MaRS, Krista helped grow and transform several public and venture backed organizations as a technology/engineering executive. Krista’s greatest joys include working with and learning from talented, ambitious people and being a mother to three amazing young adults.
