Nancy brings over two decades of professional and executive experience to ESG Partners Inc., where she supports organizations in integrating sustainability into strategy.

Based in Canada, she has extensive domestic and international experience, she has worked with start-ups through to multinational organizations, investors, government and regulators, and has navigated complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Nancy is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Fellow of the profession (FCPA), and a Chartered Director (C. Dir.). She is educated in the leading sustainability standards and frameworks including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the climate-focused TCFD, and a “FSA Credential Level II candidate in ESG” with the IFRS Foundation (formerly the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board – SASB).

With a commitment to supporting the communities where she lives and works, Nancy serves on the Board of Directors of her local Chamber of Commerce (in Nova Scotia, Canada) and is a member of their Audit and Risk Committee. She sits as a board member of the regional accounting bodies for the Caribbean (ICAC) and Asia Pacific (CAPA), and Chairs the Advisory Board of the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University (Halifax, Nova Scotia). Nancy also provides mentorship and guidance to new and emerging businesses and their leaders.
