Leslie is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Alante Capital, a leading Venture Capital fund focused on catalyzing innovation for decarbonization, circularity and regeneration in design-driven consumer industries. Alante finds and backs exceptional founders addressing sustainability challenges through technology, across the value chains of apparel, textiles, footwear, home goods, and performance gear. Alante was founded as a pragmatic ecosystem partner for industrial, systemic change – working deeply with these industries to build differentiated insights and relationships with established corporations, informing investment decisions and offering better support to portfolio companies. Prior to Alante, Leslie spent 10 years working between Credit Suisse and JPMorgan, initially as an Emerging Markets investment banker, and was a first mover in the impact investing world, transitioning her career to impact venture capital in 2014.
