Emily Chung is a Toronto-based reporter who covers science, climate and the environment for CBC News. Her work appears on the CBC News website, as well as radio shows like What On Earth and CBC-TV’s The National. She has a PhD in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia, and worked in newspapers before joining CBC in 2006. She is passionate about fossils and nature, especially insects, amphibians and birds.
